·       We only ship to USA and México

·       Order Processing time before shipping usually takes 1-2 business days

·       Estimated delivery times 15 business days

·       Shipping cost are free for purchases above $100 usd; otherwise calculation will be made upon checkout.

·       Duties and taxes (if applicable) are estimated when checkout is made.

·       Standard service shipping methods are used

·       During the order fulfillment process customers are going to receive emails informing the status of the order and shipment

·       Any defective product must be reported whithin the next 3 days of receiving to: betterworld.customerexperience@gmail.com with the photos showing the defects of the products so that we could proceed to “Refund policy”.
